Grand Mesa Residences is glad to announce the BUYERS PROMO for the month of September 30, 2019.
Buyers with units bought from September 1-30, 2019 shall have the following discounts:
1. Lower equity percentage
- Equity for all units shall be lowered from 20% to 15% equity. The balance will be at 85%
2. Php 5,000 discount on first two monthly equity
- A total discount of Five Thousand Pesos (Php 5,000) shall be deducted from the 1st and monthly equity for all units. The monthly equity for the first two months will be less Thousand Pesos (Php 2,500) each month.
To avail of the promo, the buyer must meet the following requirements.
1. Buyers must pay full reservation fee.
2. The reservation fees and reservation documents must be submitted and formally booked by an WCDI account officer prior to any release.
3. Buyer must submit complete documentary requirements within 30 days.
4. Buyer must schedule and undergo a counseling session with a WCDI account officer.
5. Six (6) postdated checks must be submitted to the C&C department.
