As construction works reached the second floor of Commonwealth’s first residential building, Osmeña West, Century Properties proceeded to hold the groundbreaking rites for the second and third buildings – Quezon North and Osmeña East – on August 9.

Substructure works and concrete pouring for column footings are underway for the Quezon North building.

Meanwhile, the Osmeña East site is undergoing excavation and site clearing works.

The Osmeña West, Quezon North and Osmeña East towers will rise to 11 floors, with Osmeña West slated for turnover in 2015. Completing the roster of residential buildings in the 4.4- hectare property are Quezon South, Roxas East and West and Quirino East and West towers.

Situated within walking distance from Ever Gotesco and Commonwealth Avenue, the Residences at Commonwealth is accessible to shopping, dining and entertainment establishments, schools, universities, churches, hospitals as well as BPO and corporate offices.

Commonwealth by Century is located in Don Antonio Drive (Amsterdam Avenue), Commonwealth, Quezon City, Philippines.
