JOB SUMMARY:
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors for all finishing works of the townhouse development by ensuring quality and timeliness of subcontractors’ work.
• Coordinate custom requests or change orders of clients to building contractor and ensure the contractor’s follow through with the requests and change orders. Change orders and requests must be well-documented.
• Attend weekly construction meetings and prepares agenda for discussion.
• Submit weekly accomplishment report containing the completed and pending works and issues.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Can work in Quezon City
• With at least 6 months work experience in the related field; with residential property experience is an advantage
• Can recommend improvements based on current industry practice
• Has the ability to carry out tasks within the schedule
• Must be meticulous and keen on details
• Can work with a team and supervise workers
