Department: Account Management Department

Direct reporting: Supervisor

Indirect reporting: Department head

Duties and responsibilities:
1. Maintains and documents list of past due and current accounts.

2. Contact clients thru call, text, e-mail and other social media platforms.

3. Accommodate walk-in clients, inbound calls, texts, e-mails and other social media platforms.

4. Analyzes and reconciles accounts. Requests adjustments, if necessary.

5. Handles computation of amount dues.

6. Preparation of payment slips.

7. Assess and prepare request for approval (will be properly oriented):
a. Reinstatement of account
b. Restructuring
c. Re-computation of account
d. Re-application of payment
e. Waiver of interest and penalties
f. Discounts
g. Change of payment terms

8. System account tagging procedures.

9. Settlement for past due accounts.

10. Facilitates unit acceptance.

11. Other tasks which may be assigned from time to time.

Skills and competencies:
1. Good verbal and written communication skills
2. Computer literate
3. Good analytical skills
4. Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines

Educational background:
1. Any 4-year college degree course is an advantage (fresh or experienced will do)
2. K-12 or undergraduate but have working experience may still be accommodated.
