1.) 12K allowance if makapag deliver ng 6M in a month magiging 17K allowance
2.)incentive per unit 5K to 22K
3.) Monthly incentive if Maka 6M si PS meron siya 8K
4.) Quarterly incentive if Maka 15M si PS meron siya 18K
4.) Annual incentive if Maka top 1 to top 10 si agent meron siya 100K
