Please be advised that effective August 7, 2026, there will be a price increase on all residential units at Trees Residences. The increase will be a minimum of 35%, depending on the unit type, floor area, and location.

For example, a Studio Unit currently priced at approximately ₱2,300,000 will increase to approximately ₱3,200,000 starting August 7, 2026.

Please note: The prices mentioned are List Prices only and do not yet include the 12% VAT and other applicable charges.

If you are an investor or planning to own a unit at Trees Residences, now is the best time to secure your investment. Any unit reserved on or before August 6, 2026 will be entitled to the current List Price. Reservations made starting August 7, 2026 will automatically be subject to the new List Price.
