Anyone here needs a place for long term lease?

Our studio type unit is available for long term lease with a very affordable price of 12,000 inclusive of monthly dues.

Pm us for inquiries. 2 months advance and 1 month security deposit. Rate doesnt include electricity, internet, water bills.

Minimum contract is 6months-12months.

Also accepting 1 month stay with slightly different rate.

Netflix is for FREE.

Simple lang. Mag book kayo samen and i-avail nyo ang free ZIRKOH COMEDY BAR ENTRANCE, magdala ka kahit ilang tao. Lets say, magdala ka ng 5pax with you. Thats for 1500 to 2000 pesos! FYI: Zirkoh comedy bar entrance fee per pax during weekdays is 300pesos and 400pesos weekends

Magkano staycation samen? 1299 weekdays and 1499 weekends and holidays (except Valentines day).

Bawi ka na agad db? 😍

Affordable staycation gift giving...

Sharing this video to all our guests, because you guys have been part of this charity work... everytime you book with us, part of your payments goes to things like this...

Salamat dear guests, salamat sa lahat po nag tumulong at sumuporta. At sa mga tutulong pa (lumang damit, sapatos, pagkain, pera or manpower) maraming maraming salamat po.

Hindi po mababayaran ng pera ang saya na ibinigay naten sa mga kapos palad nateng kababayan.

Napakadame nila pero kaya naten silang tulungan basta't sama-sama...

Hindi naman kelangang mayaman or milyonaryo ka para tumulong ka...

Hindi importante kung magkano laman ng banko mo, walllet mo or ng bulsa mo. Ang mahalaga ang willingness mong magbigay or magshare....

Wag ka matakot mag bigay, God will always provide.. all you have to do is trust Him..
