Last December 18, we had our annual Christmas Party for our admin, staff and their families to give thanks for all their hardwork the past year. Without them, we would have not reached full occupancy.

Our single compact units are one of a kind!

What makes our single compacts special is you have your own room but share the toilet/bath and sink area with the other tenants. Your room has its own bed frame and mattress, desk and chair, cabinet area and aircon.

This is the most affordable room we have and is rented out quickly! These units are already taken but we have a few that will be available next month. Message or call the admin office to inquire or put on the waitlist!

Located in the heart of Katipunan, Casa Baronesa offers various studio units for you to study, work, sleep and relax. All our rooms include bedframe and mattress, open cabinet, kitchen area and CR. Ateneo De Manila University and Miriam College are a 10 minute walk. UP is just a jeep ride away. Establishments such as The Marketplace, Tetsuo, KFC, Regis Building (with bridge connection to Ateneo and Miriam) are a 5 minute walk.
