Our drawings is base and with compliant to The National Building Code of the Philippines and consist of the following:

Sanitary and Plumbing Plans [Signed By: Sanitary Engineer]
This is a 6 copy sets of all the plans necessary for applying building permits with seal and signature of the corresponding professional for each plan. Together with the blueprints, we also prepare a set of Construction Specifications, Detailed Bill of Materials and the Building Permit application form signed and sealed by the designed professionals.
