Since I visited Philippines in 2012 Jan, I have started to research many condominiums in Metro-manila where are arround Makati, Ortigas, and Quezon city etc. Actuary, I visited 3 model rooms in different places those are Manhattan garden city, Ayala center in Makati city, and Eastwood city. Model rooms are so luxuary and well design, although the unit price is very reasonable when compare to those in Japan.
