I just opened a new facebook fun page for sharing the Foreign Real Estate Investment Information! Since I visited Philippines in 2012 Jan, I have started to research many condominiums in Metro-manila where are arround Makati, Ortigas, and Quezon city etc. Actuary, I visited 3 model rooms in different places those are Manhattan garden city, Ayala center in Makati city, and Eastwood city. s are so luxuary and well design, although the unit price is very reasonable when compare to those in Japan. Therefore, I am very interesting and atracted by condominium investment in Philippines. Fortunately, foreign investers are allowed to purchase upto 40% sharing of its condominiums. In this page, I will research the best condominium to invest in Philippines, and challenge to make a portoforio by them. The method how to purchase will be experienced by myself. Hopefully those experience might be somehow useful for the bigginer of the investors who consider to do in Phillipines. In oder to examine, I will link and share many related many web contents.
