Now that we know Climate Change, its causes and effects, what can we do now? I will explain to you, from the heart of BluHomes.
1. Open your windows and use natural ventilation to reduce your use of air conditioning, the biggest consumer of energy

14. Regularly tune-up your car to maintain its efficiency and to make it not emit too much smoke
15. Choose to consume fruits and vegetable instead of meat because they have less carbon footprint and less processing is required
16. Reduce, reuse, and recycle to reduce trash that ends up in our landfills that pollute our water
17. Resell or give away your unused and old items instead of throwing them to trash

19. Avoid single-use plastic. Instead, use reusable eco-bags, stainless staw, reusable meal containers and utensils
20. Use cotton rags instead of paper towels to reduce your waste
21. Use bamboo products because they are much more highly renewable compare to other types of wood
22. Print mindfully and reuse papers to reduce cutting of trees in making papers
23. Plant trees, grass, and plants in your backyard because they help in fighting climate change
24. Conserve water. Turn off your faucets when it is not being used
25. Use dual flush toilets, low-flow faucets, and low-flow shower heads to reduce water consumption
26. Fix your leaking faucets to reduce wasted water
27. Go out to nature to appreciate its beauty and be inspired to take care of it
28. Support green products like nature-friendly soap and shampoo, clothes made up of plastic trash, and shoes made from used rubber tires.
29. Because more than 40% of the energy consumption in the world comes from buildings and homes, itโs very important to support certified green developments like BluHomes.
30. Lastly, speak up and spread awareness. This is what we are doing in this video series. So please help me spread awareness by sharing this video to your friends and family.
