Q: What is the exact address/location of this?
A: We have included Google Maps on our website that points to the precise location of the premises.
Q: Do you have pictures?
A: The pictures you see on the post and on our website are all we have. If you want to do ocular or actual viewing, please register as a lessee applicant at our website.
Q: Does it have parking space?
A: Yes, we have parking. No, we donโt allow reserved or exclusive parking slots, overnight, or multi-day parking. We refuse to be a depository of vehicles. They will be towed at ownerโs expense.
Q: Do you allow / is it okay for / is ideal?
A: Please read the details of the unit on our website. We put there what businesses are preferred, ideal, and not allowed. If your kind of business isnโt there, feel free to ask.
Q: Do you allow same kind of business among lessees?
A: We do not have a written policy on this but we are prudent about it. If a lessee applicant is a spa and thereโs an existing spa tenant, we ask the latter if theyโre okay with another spa of a different concept or that offers different services. Or, if a lessee applicant is a restaurant and we already have an existing restaurant tenant, we also consult the latter on it. If thereโs an existing skin clinic we will probably not accept another skin clinic. Same thing with milk tea, barber shop. Feel free to ask us.
Q: Whatโs the floor area?
A: Sigh. Please read the post. Are we a nation of dyslexics?
Q: When is the turnover?
A: The unit is ready for turnover. When we (you and Landstrong) sign the contract of lease and you pay two months security deposit and one month advance, the unit is yours.
Q: How bare is the unit upon turnover?
A: We invite you to do an ocular or actual viewing of the unit with us. We will turn the unit over to the lessee AS IS.
Q: How many months for security deposit and advance?

Q: Do we get free months for construction, fit-out work, testing and commissioning, and pre-operations? How many months?
A: Yes, we give free months for this. How many depends on the site (77 Visayas, 106 Visayas, or 35 General) and on our agreement. We will cover this on your lease term sheet.
Q: When is the opening for 106 Visayas?
A: Our target date of opening is on 16 Dec 2019.
