Important announcement:

To our valued guests,
Starting september 01, 2023 , the minimum staycation rates at Trees will be @ 1,800 per night for two pax and extra fees applies for additional pax( studio and one bedroom ) and 2,700 per night for four pax ( two bedroom and combined units) , these rates will be strictly implemented in our legit verified staycation groups, please be guided to support only verified legit staycation owners group to avoid fraudulent offers and scams. Swimming pool passes will remain as separate fee to room rate starting @ 150 pesos per head on regular days and 300 pesos per head on holidays. Free pool passes or even parking are not offered in any smdc condo for your reference. Beware of illegitimate offers and scams.
