- Keep your clothes organized with hangers and a cabinet, and work comfortably at our tables and chairs.
- Stay cool with air conditioning and an electric fan, and keep your food fresh in the refrigerator.
- Take a relaxing shower with our water heater, and enjoy a wide selection of cable TV channels.

- Your safety is our priority, so we provide a fire extinguisher and a big washer and dryer for our 2-bedroom units.

Now, let's talk about our rates:
- To secure your reservation, we require a refundable reservation fee of P1000 for 1-bedroom units and 2K for 2-bedroom units, as long as there is no damage to the unit.
- For daily stays, our rate is P1800 for 2 guests from 2 pm to 12 noon. Each additional guest is charged an extra P200, with a maximum of 4 guests for 1-bedroom units. For 2-bedroom units, the rate is P3,800 for 6 guests, and P4,500 for a maximum of 6 guests, offering a luxurious experience.
- In case you need to extend your stay beyond the agreed-upon time, we charge a per hour rate of P200 For 1 bedroom units, the rate is P200, and for 2 bedroom units, it is P300.
- If you're planning a longer stay, we offer a weekly rate of 1BR P11,500 for 2-bedroom units, P25,000 for fully furnished units, and P29,000 for our luxurious units (already discounted).
- For monthly stays, our rates range from P17,000 to P20,000 for 1-bedroom units, depending on whether you prefer a unit with or without a balcony. This rate includes monthly association dues but excludes water. For 2-bedroom units, the rate is P23,000 to P26,000 (all-inclusive), along with a refundable security deposit of P5,000. For fully furnished 2-bedroom units, the monthly rate is P38,000, which includes WiFi and monthly dues, along with a security deposit of P10,000. Please note that the monthly rate excludes water, cable, and electricity. Our luxury 2-bedroom units are available for P48,000 per month, with separate billing for utilities, or an all-inclusive rate of P55,000, which includes a P3,000 cap on electricity usage.
- For long-term stays, we offer a rate of P17,000 1BR with no balcony to P20,000 for 1BR with balacony 2bedroom units and P32,000 to P42,000 for 2-bedroom units , depending on your specific requirements.

Please keep in mind that our prices are negotiable based on the duration of your stay. Payment is due upon arrival, and we guarantee no hidden charges. As a monthly guest, you will have free access to all our amenities, including the swimming pool, fitness gym, badminton court, and basketball court.
