A concerned homeowner reported seeing a wandering black French Bulldog, last spotted around Ipil St. at approximately 4:27 PM. If you recognize this dog or have seen it recently, please send us a message so we can assist in locating its owner.

Great News MV3 Homeowners!

Representatives from QC City Hall are distributing the Pamaskong Handog (PH) Claim Stubs today.

Please bring your QCID and accomplish the form they will provide.

You may claim your Pamaskong Handog at the District 6 Action Office, located at Neptune St., SB Park, Brgy. Tandang Sora
(Landmark: behind Circle C and SM Cherry Congressional)

Please note that the MVIII HOA BOD cannot authorize one person to claim for all residents, as the District 6 Action Office strictly limits claiming to a maximum of two (2) packages per individual.

• QCID
• Photocopy of QCID (back-to-back) with three (3) specimen signatures

If claiming through an authorized representative:

Vehicle stickers for 2026 (Effective from January 1 to December 31, 2026) are now available at the Clubhouse Office, open Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

• If previously owned car:
- Official Receipt (OR) and Certificate of Registration (CR)
- Deed of sale
- Govt. Issued ID or Proof of Billing with MV3 Address
• If new car, Transmittal Receipt

Dependent (Live Out)
• Official Receipt (OR) and Certificate of Registration (CR)
• MV3 Official Receipt/Invoice
If the ORCR is not named after the dependent and is named after the spouse:
• Govt issued ID of the dependent
• HO Endorsement Letter stating the name of their dependent
• If previously owned car:
- Official Receipt (OR) and Certificate of Registration (CR)
- Deed of sale

🟡 YELLOW – Silverland Homeowners/Borders/Tenants
PRICE: ₱800 / ₱400 (please confirm applicable rate)

• MV3 Official Receipt/Invoice
• If previously owned car:
- Official Receipt (OR) and Certificate of Registration (CR)
- Deed of sale

🔵 BLUE – Business Tenants
PRICE: ₱800
REQUIREMENTS:

• Business Permit with MV3 Address

• If previously owned car:
- Official Receipt (OR) and Certificate of Registration (CR)

🌸 PINK – Borders (Condominium, Townhouse, House, Room Units) at least 6-month lease
PRICE: ₱500
REQUIREMENTS:
Requirements:

• Lease Agreement document with the indicated tenure of residence
• Landlord’s endorsement letter stating that they are his/her tenant
• MV3 Official Receipt/Invoice
• If previously owned car:
- Deed of sale
- Govt Issued ID or Proof of Billing with MV3 Address
• If new car, Transmittal Receipt

IMPORTANT:
• Stickers will NOT be issued to trucks.
• Stickers will NOT be issued to Homeowners tagged as delinquent with board resolutions.
• Vehicle stickers will be installed at the clubhouse by the MV3 Admin Staff/Board of Directors.
