most competitive city in the country. CUBO FOOD HUB is located at SUPREMO AUTOSPA Lot 18 Block 27, Katipunan SB Road, Kingspoint Subdivision, Bagbag, Novaliches, Quezon City. The 2015 National Census of Population indicated that Bagbag has a total population of 56,396. Bagbag is home to four HLURB approved subdivisions, namely, Kingspoint, Bernarty, Remarville, and Holy Cross. Kingspoint is classified as a regular residential zone. More families are building homes in this community. (KHAI) reported that by 2017, 97 individuals have obtained applications to build homes in different areas of the subdivision. Traffic along Katipunan SB Road in the subdivision is robust, accommodating over 10,000 different vehicles in both directions. Cubo Food Hub and Supremo AutoSpa are located under one roof, from the day we stated our operation in AutoSpa since December 2016, weekend customer in our service over 70 cars and not less than 50 cars during weekdays. Traffic along Katipunan SB Road that we are located is robust, accommodating over 10,000 different vehicles in both directions. For those who are interested to set up and place their business, our own advantage of renting a space here at Cubo Food Hub are the customers of Supremo Auto Spa. The incoming traffic of our car wash customers will also bring business to our tenants. There are about an estimate of 70 carwash customers everyday that can dine and drink while waiting for their cars to be service. Aside from potential residential customers, we are located near schools, 24 hour pool resorts, a large number of small and trade businesses.
