To receive your check-in instructions:
* Submit a clear photo of a valid government-issued ID before arrival.
* A Guest Pass is required by building security.
Sending your ID before arrival helps speed up the check-in process.

Check-in: 2:00 PM onwards
Check-out: 12:00 NN
Our housekeeping staff will arrive approximately 5–10 minutes after check-out to prepare the unit for incoming guests.
Late Check-out
Late check-outs are subject to availability.
Penalty: ₱500 per hour.
If no prior approval is obtained, our collection officer may visit to collect the applicable fee.
