Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent Responsibilities:
Atleast 5-7 years’ work experience in a senior accounting position (preferably in the real estate industry)
Experience in bookkeeping, basic accounting, government documentary compliance tasks
Proficiency in MS Office in Excel and Word particularly QuickBooks
Bank Records Reconciliation :
Preparation and Analysis of Financial Statements Preparation and maintenance of reports (e.g. Statement of account, schedules of expenses)
Good organizational skills in using Windows
Knowledge in best practices in file naming
Knowledgeable in best practices in directory tree maintenance
Adept at and has good aptitude for using office equipment such as scanners, printers, smart phones
Good written and oral communication skills in English, Filipino
Willing to work office hours Must be willing to do fieldwork such as going to the BIR, Philhealth, SSS and the like
Willing to work in Shaw Blvd., Pasig City
Willing to start asap
QUICKBOOKS proficiency is a MUST.
