📍 BUSINESS MEETING
Last July 16, 2026, we attended and successfully concluded our Business Meeting held at the Executive Lounge, Quezon City.

🎯 Theme:
“Discover the Power of Searchable Listings”

The session was conducted by our very energetic and inspiring Chapter President, CRB Enemelita Bernardo, who shared valuable insights on maximizing searchable listings and strengthening our real estate marketing strategies. 💼🏡

🏆 REBAP-QC SPORTFEST 2026 & FAMILY DAY!

Last July 24–25, 2026, REBAP-QC also proudly joined the SportFest 2026 & Family Day held in Baguio City, hosted by the REBAP Baguio City Chapter.

It was a wonderful opportunity to build stronger relationships, promote camaraderie, enjoy friendly competition, and create meaningful memories with fellow REBAP members and their families. 🏀🏸🏐❤️

REBAP Quezon City Business Meeting: A Successful Afternoon of Learning & Collaboration!

What an insightful and productive afternoon it was!

Our recently concluded REBAP Quezon City Business Meeting brought together members eager to learn, share experiences, and exchange practical ideas on improving their digital marketing strategies.

Through our session, "The Power of Searchable Listings: Close More Sales," we discovered how better property listings can help us reach more serious buyers, increase online visibility, and stay competitive in today's digitally-driven landscape.

More than the strategies shared, the event became a valuable venue for the free exchange of ideas among fellow brokers. Everyone contributed unique experiences and best practices, making the discussion even richer and more relevant.

We all went home with something new to add to our digital marketing arsenal—practical techniques that can be applied immediately to help generate more qualified leads and close more sales.

A heartfelt thank you to our speaker and newly-minted Chapter President, CRB Enemelita Bernardo, for generously sharing her expertise, and to everyone who attended and actively participated. The REBAP Quezon City Chapter recently paid a courtesy call to DHSUD Undersecretary Atty. Mirasol Anenias to discuss key issues affecting the real estate service industry, particularly the enforcement of Republic Act No. 9646 (Real Estate Service Act of the Philippines).

During the meeting, the Chapter emphasized the importance of strengthening measures against unlicensed real estate practitioners to better protect the public and uphold the integrity of the profession. Both parties also explored opportunities for closer collaboration between REBAP-QC and DHSUD on future programs, regulatory initiatives, and consumer protection efforts.

The Chapter extends its sincere appreciation to Usec. Anenias for her warm reception, valuable insights, and commitment to maintaining an open dialogue. REBAP-QC looks forward to a stronger partnership with DHSUD in promoting professionalism, ethical practice, and excellence in the real estate service industry.

CSO Night

REBAP Quezon City Chapter proudly participated in the Civil Society Organization (CSO) Night, an initiative recognizing the active role of CSOs in good governance.

The activity aimed to honor the contributions of accredited Civil Society Organizations and provide them with the opportunity to present their People’s Plans to Honorable Mayor Joy Belmonte for possible consideration and inclusion in the Quezon City’s Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP).

2nd National General Membership Meeting (NGMM)

The Chapter also participated in the 2nd National General Membership Meeting (NGMM) held on June 27, 2026, at SPACE at Ayala, co-hosted by the REBAP Greenhills Chapter.

Through these engagements, REBAP-QC continues to strengthen its commitment to professional development, policy advocacy, collaboration with government agencies, and meaningful participation in initiatives that advance the Philippine real estate industry.
