Sa lahat po nang Units nmen maximum 5 pax, may internet, smart tv, towels and toiletries, tubig inumin. Almost complete cooking and eating utensils. Free 2pax pool access then excess of 2 100pesos per head Maximum 5 pax ngaun sa admin mag babayad. Bukas ang pool from 7am to 9pm everyday except Monday. May 1 -2 balconies.
Studio- 2000 pesos
1BR- 2800 pesos sa malaking unit
1BR- 3000 pesos sa mas malaking unit
2BR- 3800 pesos

Maximum of 5pax po per unit

Staycation for rent. We have studio, 1BR and 2BR units available. Just message us your prospect date, number of Guests and special requests and we will get back to you for the quotation and to answer your questions.
Commonly asked questions:
1. Are you allowed to have visitors-
Yes, but you need to pay extra charge, 300 pesos for those who will need to sleep overnight, 200pesos for those who will stay for more than 4hrs then 100 pesos for those who will just drop by and less than 4hrs staying.
2. Are we allowed to smoke in the property-
Yes, but only in the balconies. If you triggered the smoke detector inside the unit and the sprinklers activated, you as a Guest and staying in the unit will have to pay a fine of 100k pesos minimum
3. Got swimming pool access-
Yes, pool access from 4pm to 9pm during weekdays then 7am to 9pm during weekends.
5 pax free access. If you are more than 5 pax, you can inform us ahead of time for us to find you an extra amenity pass. Per extra amenity pass= 500pesos good for onother 5pax
4. What are the inclusions-
You can use all the things inside the unit, pS4 upon request, washing machine ( for those renting 2 nights or more), smart tv with netflix, fast wifi, almost complete eating and cooking utensils, we offer a gallon of drinking water, toiletries, towels and slippers as well.
5. Exclusion- dont cook smelly food inside the unit. Example tuyo or any dried fish and bagoong.

69-74sqm 2BR condo unit with 2 toilet and bath ( we have 12 units in total plus few more from friends who rent out their place also that we can recommend)

3000pesos for weekdays (Monday to Thursday) ; 3500pesos for week ends( Friday to Sunday) good for 5pax, 300pesos per head if exceeds 5. Maximum up to 15pax. Plus 1 time cleaning fee of 800pesos. Message me for enquiries.
To note: Swimming pool is available everyday Weekdays-4pm to 9pm, weekends- 7am to 9pm. Free 5pax access to swimming pool for every condominium unit. We can provide (extra) 1 or more amenity pass (good for 5pax/amenity pass) for a minimum charge of 500pesos/amenity pass so that all/everyone can use the pool.

Inclusion: towels and toiletries for the Listed Guests, all the things inside the unit( complete cooking and eating utensils), Fast Wifi and 55in smart tv with Netflix, Bluetooth sound bar, all rooms are airconditioned even in the living room, water heater in both bathrooms

Exclusion: washing and drying machine usage is for 2nights or more nights stay only (you can use it with extra charge - 300pesos but need to ask permission first). Storage area/ room is off limits for all the guests, not allowed to smoke inside the unit ( you can smoke in the garden area instead), not allowed to cook those smelly fish (tuyo speacially). Visitors besides the listed guests are not allowed to enter the unit ( security purpose)
