Five days. Five days of learning, growth, and stepping far beyond my comfort zone. ๐
From Day 1 to Day 5, I met different people, worked with a new team, and experienced challenges that pushed me to become betterโnot just as a salesperson, but as a person.
One of the most memorable parts was our yema-selling challenge. ๐ฌ Selling yema for โฑ20โโฑ100 per piece as part of our capital-raising activity may sound simple, but for me, it was a real test of confidence, courage, communication, and persistence.
We may not have won the yema challenge, but I won something more importantโI won against myself.
I pushed myself to approach people, make an offer, hear โno,โ try again, and keep selling even when it felt uncomfortable. Sometimes, the biggest competition isnโt the people around usโitโs the version of ourselves that is afraid to try.
We went all outโfrom 4 AM to 11 PM, even when the rain came. ๐ง๏ธ And when it was time for content creation, I deliberately stepped outside my comfort zone and did things I normally wouldnโt do.
And honestly, this is exactly what we will be experiencing when we eventually deploy abroad. ๐
Different people. Different cultures. New environments. No familiar faces to rely on. We will have to step out, introduce ourselves, build relationships, create opportunities, handle rejection, and sellโnot only our products, but ourselves and our confidence.
This training gave us a glimpse of what awaits us outside our comfort zone. It wasnโt just training; it was preparation.
And beyond the activities, thank you, Boss A, and IMDs for bringing me back to the heart of what it means to be a salesperson. Thank you for reminding me of that feelingโthe excitement of approaching people, the courage to make an offer, the thrill of closing a sale, and the hunger to keep going.
Sometimes, we get so caught up in targets, numbers, and challenges that we forget why we started selling in the first place. This training reminded me.
Thank you IM Phenomenal for giving us this Salesmanship Training and for helping me get back on track. And thank you, Boss AJ, for the constant support throughout this journey. ๐
This certificate may say COMPLETION, but for me, it feels more like a REMINDER.
A reminder of who I am.
A reminder of what I can do.
A reminder of what it feels like to be hungry again.
Day 1 to Day 5 โ learned, challenged, stretched, and reignited.
We may not have won the challenge, but I won against myself. And sometimes, thatโs the victory that matters most. ๐ฅ
This is just the beginning. The world is waitingโand Iโm ready to sell again. ๐๐
