Please be informed that due to the temporary suspension of operations in government offices in Davao City caused by heavy rainfall and flooding, property documentation and registration processing in this location may be affected.
Processing will continue once government offices return to normal operations.
We also encourage early filing of transactions and completion of required government fees such as tax payments and registration fees, especially with the rainy season approaching and possible weather-related interruptions in government operations.
Thank you for your understanding.
Stay safe everyone!
