“A perfect situation is boring. It is in discomfort where we are sharpened.”
Last December 16, 2025 was our annual RLC Residences IM Christmas Party.
Maraming salamat. If everything were easy, there would be nothing to learn. Challenges don’t weaken us—they equip us. Along this journey, I faced countless setbacks. Loyalty, grit, and hard work are not proven in comfort; they are revealed in the most trying times.
As the saying goes, “Character is built when no one is applauding.” And this journey has built mine.
I want to express my deepest gratitude to my bosses, Sir Ocho Carrillo and Ms. Tracey Kretzing, for the guidance, patience, and mentorship. Five years ago, sales was never my line of work—art and creative pursuits were my world.
I honestly thought I would fall out of the Top 10. Yet here I am—five years in real estate sales, learning from people who have spent more than 20 years in the industry. That, in itself, is a gift I do not take lightly.
Thank you to IM Valiant, and to Ms. Trish Lyttle-Mariano, for the opportunity and unwavering support. Thank you to our IM Sales Head, Sir Dominic Lagrosa, for the leadership and direction. And to the beautiful soul who interviewed me in Q1 of 2022—Ms. Monica Denise Lyttle, our Sales Head for the entire Robinsons Land Corporation—know that I will always be proud and grateful to you for believing in me.
There are moments when I doubt myself. But whenever I look at our leaders, our clients, the resilience of our people, and the values of this company, I am reminded why I push forward. It drives me to do better and to continue the advocacy we stand for.
Yes, numbers matter in this job—but numbers alone will never sustain you. If they become your only reason, you will eventually burn out. What keeps you going is purpose, people, and belief. Through this journey, I have gained so much—financially, professionally, and personally.
“Growth is never accidental.”
And this growth was earned.
Maraming, maraming salamat.
