Present your Visitor’s Authorization Form (VAF) — provided by the condo owner — to the admin office upon arrival.

💡 Discounted rates apply for longer stays — the more nights you book, the more you save!

💳 Reservation & Payment:
• 50% downpayment required to secure your booking (non-refundable)
• Payment via Bank Transfer or GCash.
• Once received, your Visitor’s Pass (VAF) will be processed.
• Please provide two valid government-issued IDs (as per SMDC management)
