PROTECTRESP
is a non-stock, non-profit, non-governmental professional association composed mainly of PRC Licensed real estate service professionals whose main purpose is to PROTECT THE PUBLIC INTEREST and To PROTECT and EMPOWER the Welfare and Interests of the real estate service practitioners and streamline and amend ALL Laws directly affecting the real estate service profession, LGU Assessors and SALESPERSONS.

PROTECTRESP
aims to train, enhance and upgrade the educational capabilities of non-collegiate persons and make them eligible to be accredited as SALESPERSONS and after continued training and education to be eligible for PRC Licensure Examinations for R.E. Brokers.

Intend to Convert “colorums’ into Legally Functioning and RESA Compliant Real Estate Service Practitioners instead of concentrating and misdirecting our productive energies in pursuing these people as ‘persons in conflict with the law’.
