One of the company’s concerns on why they developed such project is that they want to assist the government on housing since the country is experiencing severe economic problems. The housing project is located in Vista Rio Village. One third of the property which is consisting of 70 titles was mortgaged to Philippine Veterans Bank due to failure of payment to the bank by BRB Development Corp., who happens to be the first owner of the said property, it was foreclosed. The company offered to buy the property and finally was approved by the bank and it is now under the name JECMAT Realty & Development Corp.
