♥ A spacious studio type apartment mainly for short term lease. Long term lease can be negotiated .
♥ Furnished with ac, a smart tv, a 7 cu ft fridge, a stovetop for cooking and other essentials as seen on pics. Has wifi and cable access.
♥ Sleeping area has an almost queen-sized bed and is screened off for privacy. Thick curtains are installed on windows.
♥ Has 2 bathrooms with a shower and a water heater installed in the first one. Both bathrooms are equipped with bidets.
♥ Has a furnished kitchenette (adjoined to the main living areas), a dining area and a living area.
♦ Is on a lower floor with its own front and back entrance while the upper floor has a small private chapel that's been used for a private wedding.
♦ Has its own private gate and carport and some outdoor area to chill out or have a smoke.
♦ Can accomodate small groups or a family of four or five but only through special arrangements with the owners as it would involve some additional costs.
♥ The studio and a duplex that is adjacent and also listed on Airbnb are located in a subdivision along the main highway.
♥ Can be reached by private vehicle on most gps systems or any web map platform since the address is listed on most internet search sites (R&C Apartments in the Rosario, Cavite area) .
♥ Can also be reached easily through public commute or a rented car or taxi.
► If commuting from Manila, the main stop would be at the Cavite City and Noveleta junction and from there a trike can be taken to bring you to the address and let you avoid having to walk from the entrance of the subdivision to the apartment.
► If bringing a private vehicle, there is a carport available for parking but street parking is also safe at any time of the day or night.
♥ We encourage guests to bring their own towels and bath essentials like soap, shampoo and toothpaste for health safety measures.
♥ We provide bathroom slippers though and we supply bathroom tissues and trash bags and cleaning products for bath and sink.
♥ We try to be sensible with face to face encounters or chats with the guests but we don't generally require them to put face masks or their shields on.
♥ We request guests to avoid large gatherings and parties as another health safety measure. But because of easing of restrictions, we can make certain exceptions. So please talk to us if you have plans or questions or requests about this concern.
