โข Graduate of Engineering, Architecture, Agriculture, Botany, Horticulture, or related field is preferred
โข With supervisory or leadership experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or property maintenance
โข Demonstrates professional maturity and sound judgment in handling challenging situations
โข Capable of taking a major supervisory role and making responsible decisions
โข Knowledgeable in landscaping, gardening, plant care, and grounds maintenance
โข Able to lead and coordinate landscaping and grounds maintenance teams
โข Organized, dependable, hands-on, and responsible in managing projects and people
โข Willing to work on-site and travel to ADC Group properties and project sites as needed.
