JLO LTS Updates ||| 14 LAND TITLES SUCCESSFULLY RELEASED IN ONE DAY!

A truly productive and rewarding day as we successfully secured the release of fourteen (14) land titles from the Registry of Deeds, Tagum City.

Earlier today, we released:
✔ 8 Titles from Deeds of Partition among heirs
✔ 1 Title from a Deed of Donation

Adding to this accomplishment, we also successfully released:
✔ 5 Titles resulting from Sales Transactions

JLO LTS Update ||| 9 TITLES SUCCESSFULLY RELEASED FROM ROD TAGUM CITY!

Another successful milestone achieved as we secured the release of nine (9) Transfer Certificates of Title from the Registry of Deeds, Tagum City.

These newly issued titles originated from different legal transactions:
✔ Eight (8) Titles resulting from Deeds of Partition among heirs
✔ One (1) Title resulting from a Deed of Donation

The issuance of new land titles is the culmination of a lengthy and meticulous process involving document preparation, estate and property documentation, tax compliance, coordination with the BIR, Assessor's Office, and final registration with the Registry of Deeds.

For families settling inherited properties, a Deed of Partition legally divides the estate among the rightful heirs, allowing each beneficiary to obtain ownership of his or her respective share. Meanwhile, a Deed of Donation facilitates the lawful transfer of property from the donor to the donee during the donor's lifetime.

Another milestone achieved!

We are proud to announce that three (3) ONETT Computation Sheets (OCS) have been successfully approved by BIR RDO 113.

The Approved OCS (ONETT Computation Sheet) is one of the most critical stages in every property transfer transaction. It contains the official computation and assessment of taxes due, paving the way for the issuance of the Electronic Certificate Authorizing Registration (eCAR), which is required before a title can be transferred to its new owner.
