ILLEGAL REAL ESTATE PRACTICE IS A CRIME 🚨

Sa ilalim ng Republic Act No. 9646 o Real Estate Service Act of 2009, tanging mga lisensyado at rehistradong real estate practitioners lamang ang maaaring magbenta, mag-broker, o mamagitan sa mga transaksyon sa real estate. Ang mga lumalabag ay maaaring managot sa ilalim ng batas at mapatawan ng kaukulang parusa.
