A survey by ABS-CBN in 2009 reported 1.6 million families are RENTERS. The survey cited 3 reasons for this growing numbers of RENTERS.
1) Government incentives to own a house.
2) Affordable housing and financing.
3) Culture.

There's a great desire by Filipinos to own a home in the Metropolis, but sad to say the reality is they think they cannot afford a home. Last year, some developers opened the door for a RENT TO OWN payment scheme.

For Filipinos, to own a home is the most beautiful gift one can best give to himself/herself and family. It becomes the gauge in having financial independence. Thus, many employees still think they are not yet financially stable because they still don't own a home.

Now is the time to turn your energy to having a home while renting.
