A major airport project in Bulacan moves closer to completion.

SMC Targets 2028 Opening For ₱740-B Bulacan Airport

San Miguel Corporation is accelerating construction of the ₱740-billion New Manila International Airport in Bulacan, now targeting a 2028 opening. Chairman Ramon Ang described the project as a game changer for national development, following delays linked to supply chain issues since its 2019 launch.

Once completed, the airport is expected to boost tourism, generate thousands of jobs, and open new economic opportunities beyond reliance on OFW deployment and the BPO sector. SMC has also taken over management of NAIA, expanding its aviation portfolio. In the first quarter of 2025, the company posted ₱43.4 billion in earnings, driven by a US$3.3-billion power deal, with core income rising 31 percent to ₱19 billion.

From a simple “pa-cute” moment to a powerful investment milestone ✨

Last 2024 at S&R Membership Shopping - San Fernando, I randomly bumped into this amazing client. To be noticed, I simply approached them and started a casual sales talk about the project. Little did I know, they were actually looking for an investment that very moment.
We scheduled a site visit right after. I honestly had no idea they already had cash on hand to reserve a unit — but I still did the full process, explained every detail, every benefit, every step of the investment as if I had to win their trust from scratch. Because for me, it’s never about assuming — it’s about serving with integrity.

From a simple approach…
To a surprise reservation…
To assisting them for financing approval…
And now — finally turning over their unit. 🏡🔑

Proof that courage to approach, consistency in follow-up, and genuine intention to help can turn a random encounter into a successful investment story.

Way back, I believed that one small effort could open a big door. I gave her a flier that day — she was hesitant, full of questions, unsure if it was the right time. But I believed in timing, in consistency, and in planting seeds even when you don’t see the harvest yet.
Today, her unit is officially turned over. 🏡
Proof that courage beats hesitation, and that one brave “yes” can change everything. Sales is not just about closing — it’s about believing, guiding, and being there until the dream becomes reality.
