π Budget - magkano ba kaya mong monthly? Kung magkano lang kaya mo doon ka mag-umpisa tumingin.

3. May Lipat Agad po ba kayo?

5. Ano ang Pre-selling?
β© ibig sabihin nito itatayo palang ang bahay mo, usually 3-4 yrs turn over sa mga affordable or low cost housing. Ang maganda nito mura pa ang price ng bahay kase wala pang development (30-40% cheaper vs RFO). Maari mo din bayaran pa ng installment ang Downpayment or Equity.
6. Ano ang Equity?
β© ito ay same lang ng Downpayment at required mong bayaran bago pwede maloan sa pagibig o bank.
HOW TO AVAIL:
