Ang Agham sa Likod ng Pagbubuo ng Habit

Bakit mahalaga ang mga gawi o habit sa pagkamit ng mga layunin?

Ang mga gawi ay mga gawain o ritwal na halos awtomatiko nating ginagawa. Ang pagbuo ng mga positibong gawi ay mahalaga upang matiyak ang patuloy na pag-unlad at tagumpay.

-Ang Habit Loop-
Ang habit loop ay binubuo ng tatlong pangunahing elemento: cue, routine, at reward. Ang cue ay ang trigger na nagpasimula ng ugali, ang routine ay ang aksyon na ginawa, at ang reward ay ang benepisyong natanggap pagkatapos ng aksyon. Ang loop na ito ay kung bakit ang mga gawi ay naging bahagi ng ating pang-araw-araw na buhay.

-Ang Papel ng Dopamine-
Ang Dopamine, isang neurotransmitter, ay gumaganap ng isang mahalagang papel sa pagbuo ng ugali.
