Sales revenue and pipeline management: Achieve and exceed monthly sales target as stated by the Company. Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales target.
TEAM management: Recruit, train, and develop sales team members.
LEARNING and DEVELOPMENT: Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Regular visits: Conduct site viewing/tripping on a regular basis.
Requirements / Preferred Qualifications

Completed a 4-year college course.
Registered salesperson under the real estate board is a must.

We're looking for people with great leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal oriented, can effectively train, coach, equip, motivate, supervise sales people
Good platform / presentation and closing skills
With a minimum of 4-year sales and training experience and proven track record.

Earn: Enjoy an allowance between PHP 35,000.00 or 50,000.00 and an override commission of 0.75% or 3.8% for personal sale, ensuring your hard work is rewarded.

Property Specialist - Requirements / Preferred Qualifications

Fresh graduate or at least completed 2 years in College or completed 72 units.
We're looking for people with great communication skills, both verbal and written.

Allowance: P12k to 17,500 plus 2.8 % sales commission
