DIVIDENDS HIGHEST SINCE PANDEMIC!!

Pag-IBIG Fund has finally revealed the highly-anticipated Pag-IBIG Savings Dividend rates for 2022 during its Chairman's Report on March 28.

President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr., together with DHSUD Secretary Jose Rizalino L. Acuzar and Pag-IBIG CEO Marilene C. Acosta, unveiled the dividend rates of:

Pag-IBIG Regular Savings: 6.53% per annum
Pag-IBIG MP2 Savings: 7:03% per annum

Both rates are the highest dividend rates since the pandemic. 📊

LOOK: Amid the wave of downgrades globally, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) raised the Philippines’ gross domestic product (GDP) growth projection from 6.5% to 6.7%, on the back of the country’s robust recovery in the first quarter.

“Our GDP projection for 2022 has been revised upwards to 6.7% for 2022, reflecting the strong recovery momentum in the first half of the year and real GDP returning to its pre-pandemic level,” IMF resident representative to the Philippines Ragnar Gudmundsson told Manila Standard.

PASILIP SA LOOB NG BAGONG PNR TRAIN PARA CLARK! 🚄🇵🇭

The Philippine National Railways (PNR) unveiled their new trains on friday, as part of their North-South Railway Commuter project.

The new train will go at a top speed of 120 kilometers per hour, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable ride. It is longer than the LRT-1, LRT-2, MRT-3, and MRT-7 trains, as well as the PNR trains that are currently in use.

Each train set will be able to transport 2,228 passengers. It will also travel at a top speed of 120 kph, ensuring a smooth, hassle-free, and efficient journey.

From Malolos, Bulacan, and Tutuban, Manila, it will take only 35 minutes to drive after PNR Clark Phase 1 is operational, compared to the existing one and a half hour. It will be able to accommodate 300,000 passengers.

According to Transportation Secretary Art Tugade, the North-South Commuter Railway will help decongest the streets. Its partial operability is 2023.
