Tuesday Property Pro Tip of the Week 🏡

There is a myth that one should never overpay for a property. 💰

I disagree with this sheep mentality. 🐑🐑 Why?

There are times when paying slightly more than market value for a property is not necessarily a bad decision for a buyer to make. 😮

Example 1: You've been looking for your dream home for months, or years, and you finally find 'the one'. You plan on living in the home for the next 10+ years. There is low stock on the market and this house is going to sell for a premium price. Will it bring you decades of family joy? Is it worth you saying yes now and enjoying the memories you create in your new home? 🌱🏡

Example 2: You're renting in the street you'd love to live in forever but houses don't go up for sale that often in your street. One day you see a for sale sign on the house across the road and it ticks all the boxes for you. Do you bite the bullet and decide to snap up the property before anyone else does, knowing you won't likely get a cheap deal? 😎🎊

In each of the above examples I believe the answer is 'yes'. ☺️
