Now, make it yours.

Earlier, we showed you how a Studio at The Spinnaker is delivered — thoughtfully finished, beautifully detailed, and already equipped with many of the essentials of modern living.

Now, here’s what happens when you add your own furniture, your own style, your own life.

A place to wake up slowly.
A table worth coming home to.
A quiet corner to unwind.
A bathroom that feels more hotel than condominium.
And a space by the sea that finally feels entirely your own.

What I love about this dressed-up Studio model unit is that it shows just how much you can do with the space.

You don’t have to imagine starting from a bare concrete box. The foundation is already there — the finishes, cabinetry, appliances, smart features and thoughtful details.

You simply make it home.

Welcome to a different kind of beachfront living at The Spinnaker, Club Laiya.

Message me to see the Studio and available units.

Thank you to Landco Pacific Corporation for highlighting this vision. Real estate isn't just about spaces, it's about the lifestyle and lasting value we create for generations to come. 'Life on Vacation' isn't just a tagline; it's a wellness-driven lifestyle that we are proud to bring to life every single day. 🌊

What happens when “Life on Vacation” becomes your permanent lifestyle?

We asked our Real Estate Broker, Margarita De Leon, how this philosophy is evolving. She highlights a future where wellness and everyday resort living are built in. It is about creating lasting value for your family, today and tomorrow.

CaSoBē, Club Laiya, Costa Azalea, and John Hay Hotels are premium leisure estates by Landco Pacific, managed by its hospitality arm, Landco Lifestyle Ventures.

Feel at home from day one. 🌊

Moving to a new country doesn’t have to feel unfamiliar.

In the Philippines, English is widely spoken, the culture is naturally welcoming, and everyday life feels easy to settle into—from simple conversations to meaningful connections.

Add to that a relaxed beachfront lifestyle, and what you get isn’t just a new place to live…
but a place that feels right from the start.

Through the Special Resident Retiree’s Visa (SRRV), facilitated by the Philippine Retirement Authority, long-term residency in the Philippines is within reach.

With Landco Pacific, you can own in master-planned beachfront communities designed for comfort, connection, and everyday living.

Because the best move…
is the one that already feels like home.

📩 Message us to learn how to retire or invest in the Philippines.
