A quarterly activity that provides rewards and recognition to deserving employees who consistently demonstrate dedication to putting the needs of others ahead of their own interests and financial gain. These people are filled with a relentless pursuit of excellence in all that they do and dedicate their lives to serving the school’s interest, ultimately assisting in the meaningful accomplishment of the school’s mission, vision, and goals.
The school has conceptualized a reward and recognition system dubbed “Gawad SAPEÑO" (Sapeñong g**o at empleyadong Angat, Progresibo, Epektibo at Natatangi ang serbisyO), the BINHS’ local adaptation of Gawad Balisong.
