The Arcel 2 Building is found in the heart of San Juan where every other place is accessible by cars, jeepneys and buses. It stands quietly a few meters from the main thoroughfare of the city. Our homes are located in a medium-sized, mixed-use building that is safe for families and travellers. Our goal is to provide decent and comfortable living for a budget-friendly price.

It is an 8-storey mixed use building with 4 commercial units at the ground floor as well as units for office and residential use in the upper floors. A two-storey parking spaces are available on the 2nd and 3rd floors where 50 cars can be parked for an additional fee.

The 2-month TOPNOTCH Medical Board Review will be starting in July. Aspiring doctors-to-be have enrolled and are now looking for a place to stay near the review center venues.

Definitely, they would prefer a place that is comfortable, accessible and most especially affordable.

Arcel Residences is very near 2 review venues: Madison 101 and Dance Vision Arena. Both venues are less than a kilometer away. If walking is too tiring, there are San Juan-Cubao jeeps plying N. Domingo. Dance Arena is just 800 meters away and right along N. Domingo. While Madison 101 is a short distance from the corner of N. Domingo and Broadway Ave.

We have fully furnished studios as well as 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom units. All units have A/Cs and wifi.

The building is well guarded 24 hours a day. Units are accessed through the building's elevators exclusive card tap system. It has overhead water tanks as well as an underground water cistern. This ensures that there is continuous water supply despite the water rationing happening in San Juan.

We could make special arrangements for medical board reviewers at Madison 101 and Dance Vision Arena.
