We just performed Sterilization and Full Cleansing of the Unit. Tiffany Mansion Condo only allows long term tenants for the whole Building.

RIght on top of the Penthouse Unit is the Pool on the upper penthouse level.

This years addition.
We added an enclosure to the shower area, No more messy showers....
other additions
Queen size sofa/bed (Thick Foam). We can now accommodate 4 adults.
We also added a Wifi for use. I know its not the best but a client was able to do internet conference without issue. There is also a landline phone for landline local calls only.
We added a small additional ammenity. a client as for a Tea Pot!! Well, we got one. New bedding are coming as well. Come Feb 2018. New paint, Wifi updates....
