Since 2023, I’ve been helping clients find their own Ovialand home. Hindi ko lang inexpect na one day, ako naman pala…✨

I still remember nung inofferan kami ng Alta Realty na tumira sa staff house sa San Pablo while I was starting my full time career in real estate and magfocus sa Ovialand San Pablo Projects. I took the risk, yes agad kahit hindi ko pa alam kung saan ako dadalhin nito.

The first 31.6 km of SLEX Toll Road 4 (TR4)—covering Sto. Tomas, Batangas to Tiaong, Quezon—is targeted to open by December 2026, according to the Department of Transportation. Once operational, this segment is expected to reduce travel time from around 2 hours to approximately 30 minutes.
