Na buying a home is more than just getting approved or finding a low monthly payment.
Madalas kasi, ang unang tinitingnan agad is, โKaya ba ng monthly?โ Which is important naman talaga. But as someone in real estate, I think mas important din isipin if kaya mo ba siyang panindigan long-term.
Yung location, daily lifestyle, future plans mo, travel time, even peace of mind part din yun ng decision.
Because at the end of the day, hindi lang naman goal ang makabili ng bahay.
