* May hindi bababa sa 24 buwan (24 monthly contributions). Kung kulang ang hulog, maaari itong ma-complete ayon sa mga patakaran ng Pag-IBIG.
* May stable at sapat na kita para kayanin ang buwanang amortization.
* Wala o updated ang anumang existing Pag-IBIG loan at walang history ng foreclosed o canceled Pag-IBIG housing loan dahil sa default
