❌ 𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐌𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐅𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐨𝐬 𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐥 𝐢𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠

When I talk to clients...

OFWs, doctors, business owners

Alam mo kung anong pattern ang lagi kong nakikita?

They work so hard abroad, or in their practice, only to pour their savings into a property that they thought was an “investment.”

Pero after a few years… stressed, bleeding, and minsan, gusto nang ibenta.

Why does this happen?

Because most Filipinos buy with emotion, not intention.

We were raised to believe na basta may bahay, secured na.

Pero real estate doesn’t work that way.

Here are the 5 biggest reasons Filipinos fail in real estate:

1️⃣ 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐛𝐮𝐲 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐧𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬.
“Maganda yung project” or “pangarap ko ‘to” isn’t a strategy.
Kung walang cashflow, liability siya.

Shelter is shelter.
Pero wag mong ipilit na income property siya kung every month ikaw ang nag-aabono.
