DANTE ADVINCULA SALAMAT, AN EMERGING FORCE IN THE WORLD OF REAL ESTATE AND BROKERAGE Dante Advincula Salamat is the man to watch out for in the field of real estate and brokerage in the country. Slowly but surely, the forty something bachelor is curving his own niche in his chosen career. He started as a Janitor who turned as an entrepreneur, investor, mentor, coach, and LIFE changing motivational speaker and Real Estate licensed Broker. A native of Donsol, Sorsogon Dante is describe by his peers, associates and clients as a well-mannered and gentle person to talk and to work with. For more than a decade, he already built a reputation as one of the most successful realtor/broker that made him a person to emulate by his colleagues in the business. A number of recognitions and citations can attest to his success. “Our job is one of the most competitive in the industry nowadays, the competition is really tough and to be always at par with other sales genius everyone needs to be equipped with the right attitude and determination to remain on track”, he says. Dante is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Lyceum University of Manila. He took his Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) at Perpetual Help College in Binan. With his perseverance and will to succeed, Dante became a Senior Sales Manager at Earth and Style Corporation way back in 2006. He holds the position of Vice President Sales at Moldex Realty, Inc. in 2011. To share his knowledge and expertise in the industry, Dante decided to be part of the Faculty of Lyceum in Alabang where he became Professor/Chairman of the course Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management. “We have to share whatever we learned in school and in actual work to the young generations as they will be the future of this industry. That would be the ultimate contribution I can give, to share my expertise and wisdom to my students”.
