✅ SUCCESSFUL MEETING WITH SAN PEDRO POSO AND BRGY. SAN ANTONIO

The U.S.P. Homeowners Association (USPHOA) is pleased to announce the successful and productive meeting with the Public Order and Safety Office (POSO) and the officials of Barangay San Antonio, headed by Ms Pepper, regarding the ongoing jeepney- related concerns within United San Pedro Subdivision and the enforcement of various barangay and municipal ordinances.

Among the matters discussed were:

🛑 Illegal parking and obstruction of roads by jeepneys and other vehicles
👮 Strengthening the enforcement of barangay and municipal ordinances
🚶 Keeping sidewalks and pathways free from obstructions
🔒 Enhancing peace and order, public safety, and security within the subdivision
🤝 Strengthening coordination between USPHOA, POSO, and Barangay San Antonio

We are grateful for the positive response and commitment shown by POSO and Barangay San Antonio in addressing these concerns. Through cooperation and continuous dialogue, we are confident that effective solutions will be implemented for the benefit of all residents and motorists.

This meeting marks another important step toward creating a safer, cleaner, more organized, and more peaceful community for everyone.

Magandang araw po sa mga taga Usps tayo po ay magkakaroon ng Immunization program Managed by City Health Office ng San Pedro Laguna . maaari po mag palista dito po sa Usps Community Hall. Ngunit wala papo exactly date sa darating na June mag announce po kami sa detalye po.

Ang bakuna po ito ay para sa tigdas hangin po ito ang maaari po magpa bakuna ay edad 6 to 59 months po lamang..
ang oras ng palista po dito sa hall ay 10 po ng umaga hanggang 5 ng hapon.. MARAMING SALAMAT PO

MULI PONG IPAPATUPAD ANG CURFEW PARA SA MINORS.

Starting on JULY 21, 2025, we will be implementing CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2022-27

AN ORDINANCE MANDATING THE STRICT IMPLEMENTATION OF CURFEW HOURS FOR MINOR CHILDREN FROM 10:00PM TO 5:00AM PRESCRIBING THE PROPER PROCEDURE FOR THEIR RESCUE AND CUSTODY PURSUANT REPUBLIC ACT 9344 OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE "JUVENILE JUSTICE AND WELFARE ACT OF 2006" AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10630 OTHERWISE KNOWN AS "AN ACT STRENGTHENING THE JUVENILE JUSTICE SYSTEM IN THE PHILIPPINES".

PENALTIES:

FIRST OFFENSE - The parent or guardian shall be imposed a penalty of community service of eight (8) hours or pay a fine of One Thousand Pesos (Php1,000.00) or imprisonment of one (1) month or both such fine and imprisonment at the discretion of court.

SECOND OFFENSE - The parent or guardian shall be imposed a penalty of community service of sixteen (16) hours or pay a fine of Three Thousand Pesos (Php3,000.00) or imprisonment of three (3) months or both such fine and imprisonment at the discretion of court.

THIRD OFFENSE - The parent or guardian shall pay s or a fine of Five Thousand Pesos (Php5,000.00) or imprisonment of six (6) months or both such fine and imprisonment at the discretion of court.
