KONDO'S RESIDENCE is located inside the quiet village of San Pedro, Laguna with 24 hour security.Perfect place to stay for a short or long term vacation for travelers or family. A house where you can always " FEEL AT HOME AWAY FROM HOME".

Kondo's Residence offers daily,weekly and monthly rates.Daily and weekly rates are inlclusive of all utilities and taxes. Monthly rates, however, do not include electricity.

Rates:
Daily: Php 1,500
Weekly: Php 10,300
Monthly: Php 23,500

Additional Guests•
Per person per night:Php 300
For each guest after 2 guests

House Keeping Fee/ Optional Php 300

Deposit Required:
Daily/Weekly: Advance rental and one day deposit
Monthly: One-month advance and one month deposit

Check-in time : 2:00 PM
Check-out time: 12 NOON
