Ano nga ba ang RELOCATION SURVEY?
Ang Relocation Survey ay isang klase ng pagsusukat ng lupa na kung saan ay nilalagay ng mga Geodetic Engineer o Surveyor ang boundaries base sa Technical Descriptions ng previously approved surveys katulad ng Cadastral Surveys, Titulo(Free Patent, Certificate of Land Ownership Award (CLOA), Judicial Patent, CADT/CALT at iba pang katulad na may descriptions ang mga boundary lines ng lupa. Kailangan ang Technical Descriptions na ito ay aprubado ng mga ahensya ng gobyerno na namamahala sa mga lupain katulad ng DENR, LRA, KORTE, NCIP at iba pa.

Bakit kailangan ang RELOCATION SURVEY?
- Ito ay kailangan para malaman ang totoong lokasyon at boundary ng lupa sa ground base sa approved Technical Description ng lupa. Dito malalaman kung magkapareho ang nakasulat na technical description sa documento kagaya ng titulo sa actual na ground.
- Ito ay napakahalaga sa mga bumibili ng lupa kasi dito malalaman ang actual na lokasyon at actual na sukat ng lupang binibili.
- Ito ay kailangan para maiwasan ang hidwaan sa lupa sa mga susunod na panahon lalo na sa mga bumibili ng lupa.
- Ito ay kailangan para nasa tama ang pagbabakod mo ng iyong lupain.
- Ito ay kailangan para mawakasan ang away sa lupa ng magkapitbahay.

Ano ang mga Requirements sa Subdivision Survey?
1. Titulo ng lupa o Tax Declaration ng lupa
2. Mga kasunduan tungkol sa lupa katulad ng Deed of Sale, Extrajudicial Settlement, Contract to Sell, etc. ( Notarized)
3. Kung hindi pa titulado ang lupa ay kailangang malaman ang Cadastral Lot Number, kung ito ay nasasakop ng isang Cadastro.
