SIMPLE: HOUSE RULES ARE NOT SUGGESTIONS. 👍
Once you book with us, read the guidelines, and sign the agreement, that means you understood and accepted the rules of the resort.👍💕
So please don’t use:
“Hindi namin alam.”
“Akala namin okay lang.”
“Hindi namin nabasa.”
Especially after everything was already explained and acknowledged.
If you intentionally bring more guests than what was declared or repeatedly ignore the house rules, there will be consequences. Depending on the violation, additional charges may apply, penalties may be imposed, or the group may be required to leave the property.
We would rather avoid all of that.
That is exactly why we provide the rules before your stay and require an acknowledgment/agreement. Once you sign it, the agreement stands.
Being respectful goes both ways. We respect our guests, and we expect our guests to respect the property, the staff, the business, and the agreement they signed.🙏💕
Please book according to your actual headcount. If your group is bigger, tell us ahead of time so we can advise you properly.
