Job Description:
โข Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Property Specialists
โข Monitor team sales performance and targets
โข Conduct coaching, training, and team meetings
โข Assist agents in client presentations and closing deals
โข Recruit and develop new Property Specialists
โข Build strong client and team relationships

โข Assist in managing and guiding Property Specialists
โข Generate and handle prospective buyers
โข Conduct property presentations and site tripping
โข Assist clients with property inquiries and requirements
โข Follow up leads and maintain good client relationships
โข Help achieve individual and team sales targets
